What the membership ledger holds

That is everything on the record. Your real name, address, date of birth, phone number and payment details are never requested, because nothing here has a price. The password is stored only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (running the account you asked for). Deleting the account clears every line of it immediately, using the button on your account page.

Google tags, and only with your nod

Choose “Accept all” and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and whether our adverts bring people to play, such as a first spin taking place. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choose “Essential only” and the same tags run in consent mode with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

The groundsman’s server logs

For security, our host keeps ordinary request logs for a short spell, much like a groundsman’s day book. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Things the club never does with data

The club holds no payment data whatsoever, since nothing is for sale.
No marketing email from the club unless you ask us for it.
Not one line of your data is sold or rented to anybody.
Gambling operators get nothing from the club, and there are no gambling affiliate links here.

Your rights over the record

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Deleting your account on the account page erases the account data at once; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what is left. To complain, contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
